DESCRIPTION

This industrial classic manufactured by Spezialleuchtenbau Finow is almost indestructible. Because of its solid construction, it can be used for almost any purpose. As a result, this type of lamp was ubiquitous throughout East Germany and was found in factories, cellars, attics, homes, and gardens during the mid-20th century. 

After spending all that time in such dark corners, we have lovingly restored them to their former glory with all original parts to accent your living, working, or outdoor space. 

This type of lamp is suitable for mounting on walls and ceilings, wet and dry environments.

The lamp consists of a housing made of die-cast aluminum, very solid pressed glass with a linear embossing for diffusion and a steel cage. The spring-mounted socket (E 27) is made of ceramic and fits ordinary 60 Watt light bulbs or energy saving lamps / LEDs. For the cable leads, are two original screws made of Duroplast (an East German type of Bakelite found in all types of uses including the iconic Trabant). 

Thoroughly cleaned and technically tested it can be mounted by two exterior mounting points and connected easily and immediately.
